Blow This! Halloween Dumbass!

18-year-old James Miller, of Cincinnati was pulled over on suspicion of drunk driving. Convenient for the officer as Miller had brought his own breathalyzer in the form of his Halloween costume. “Blow here” indeed. Oh, the irony.
