Don’t believe anything that British Petroleum or the United State’s government tells you about the oil spill. As the video states, this oil spill totaled only 25% of what is flowing into the Gulf of Mexico on a daily basis. Don’t believe the hype that natural gas is any better. Please watch Gasland on HBO to see how drilling for natural gas can contaminate your drinking water and cause cancer. I’ve included the trailer. If you’re not shocked at what you see, you either work for an oil company or you don’t care that they are raping and destroying the planet that we live on. The planet belongs to us and not the corporations.

Disturbing to say the least… I saw this documentary and it seems these “kinds of populations” are always targeted for experimental, i.e. contaminating purposes. And unfortunately, it seems like the only way these people get heard is through an independent film that makes it to “Sundance” or some celebrity is contacted through a friend of a friend of a friend. Someone is going to lose out and become the targeted community and it’s usually these rural sleepy areas that most people can’t or aren’t willing to locate on a map…
